Executors need grant of probate before they can complete in many cases. The pack should show authority; delays sometimes slip in when grants are pending.
Repossession
Lenders want certainty and clean handovers. Special conditions can be terse; read every page twice because there is rarely sympathy for buyer foot-dragging.
